Embed with clients and run AI-native marketing on the ground — from strategy to execution, content engine to measurement — turning Tenten's playbook into real growth inside the client's business.
What you'll do
- Work side-by-side with client marketing teams to deploy the AI content engine and automation flows.
- Run GEO / SEO and content operations; drive strategy with GA4, Search Console and AI Overview data.
- Productize repeatable marketing workflows into reusable skills / SOPs to lift delivery throughput.
- Be the bridge between the client and the internal team, keeping communication and ownership clear.
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years in growth / content / performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong ownership and excellent client-facing communication.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, comfortable with overseas B2B clients.
Nice to have
- Familiar with GEO / SEO and B2B ABM.
- Experience with n8n, Ghost, HubSpot.
- Agency background.
