Forward Deployed Marketer
Embed with clients as the AI-native marketing owner — a forward-deployed marketer in the spirit of the Palantir / OpenAI / Anthropic solutions teams. Stand up an agentic content & growth engine inside their business, then measure and iterate to real results.
What you'll do
- Embed with the client's marketing team and deploy the AI content engine + agentic automation: strategy → production → distribution → measurement.
- Build and operate agentic workflows with Claude / Codex (and n8n) that produce, repurpose and distribute content at scale.
- Run GEO / SEO and content ops; design prompt + RAG pipelines grounded in the brand's knowledge so output stays on-brand and accurate.
- Drive strategy with GA4, Search Console and AI-Overview data; run experiments and iterate.
- Productize repeatable marketing workflows into reusable skills / SOPs.
- Bridge the client and the internal team; own outcomes and communication.
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years in growth / content / performance marketing, with a builder's mindset.
- Hands-on experience using agentic tools and Claude / Codex to build marketing automation and content systems.
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG basics — grounding LLM output in brand/source content, plus evals.
- Data-driven: comfortable with GA4, Search Console and experimentation.
- Strong ownership and excellent client-facing communication.
- Fluent in Chinese and English for overseas B2B clients.
Nice to have
- GEO / SEO and B2B ABM expertise.
- Experience with n8n, Ghost, HubSpot or MCP.
- Agency background, or prior forward-deployed / solutions work.
