Embed directly with clients and turn messy real-world problems into shipped AI solutions — from prototype to production, iterating on the ground until AI truly lives inside their workflow.
What you'll do
- Sit side-by-side with clients to understand their workflows and rapidly prototype usable AI / automation (Claude, n8n, web).
- Integrate solutions into the client's existing systems and iterate on real usage until they ship and stick.
- Productize one-off solutions into reusable skills / modules that become Tenten assets.
- Be the bridge between the client and the internal engineering team, keeping communication and expectations clear.
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years of software / full-stack engineering; able to ship fast under ambiguity.
- Strong curiosity for and hands-on experience with AI tools and APIs (Claude, automation).
- Strong ownership and excellent client-facing communication; comfortable working directly with users.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, comfortable with overseas B2B clients.
Nice to have
- Agency, consulting or startup background.
- Experience with n8n, Webflow, Shopify.
